We helped redesign the deals tab to incoroporate all the loyalty programs outside of just coupons. The challenge was adding a bunch of new stuff, without impacting clip rate. Clipping drives revenue, whereas the other programs drive loyalty. This is the second most trafficed area next to the homepage so we had to be careful about any change. It was a year long effort between design, product and business

Rewards simplified
We helped the team launch a new way to redeem rewards. The old way used a complicated formula—spend to earn points, to earn rewards, to redeem for coupons. The new way converted points to automatic cash off. The real challenge was using the existing backend
