We work semi-embedded, meaning we work at your speed but retain our culture. Our value is beyond the pixels. We know, that sounds like code for: we do “strategy” so pay us more money. The reality is actually the opposite. We strive to be the anti-agency. We believe work is messy and hard problems are hard. There is no five step process that makes any of it easier.
